Launched in 2018, Resolve emerged within Visma from organic growth, a contrast to the common acquisition path. Initially an innovation unit, it gained independence backed by Visma's leadership and HG Capital, focusing on the emerging AI, machine learning, and optimization tech in SaaS. This strategic move aimed to secure Visma's forefront position in these key areas. Evolving from optimizing solutions for public and enterprise sectors to incorporating machine learning, Resolve now serves a broad Visma spectrum, marking its evolution into a commercial entity by 2023.
At Resolve, our strength lies in our team—20+ dedicated professionals specializing in AI technology, with over 90% holding a background in Computer Science and AI. Our passion is to make a societal impact by automating boring tasks, allowing people to focus on what truly matters. To maintain close relationships with our Visma partners our team is strategically located across six Visma locations: Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, the Netherlands, Riga, and Dublin. This geographical spread allows us to be responsive and attuned to the needs of our partners and their customers across different regions.
